Hello.

My name is Alex Laver. I produce short films for independent companies and individuals who want to tell stories. You can find me on Instagram, but I mostly talk about my wife Beth, my sons, cameras and cars.

I’m also the in house Videographer for OneAgency in Norwich.

 

This website will give you an insight into who I am, what I do, why I do it and who I do it for. I’ve also included some examples, with links
so you can view my work online. How I do what I do is based on a carefully crafted process. It’s also a partnership that relies on a number of people that follow a process and a defined procedure. 

 

You could say that this site is a mini-pitch, a filtered version, the best bits of what I have to offer. I'm constantly learning and whilst I might never make films like Jaws or ET (or win an Oscar) both me and Spielberg share a similar job title, we are both film makers and story tellers.
