Hello.

My name is Alex Laver. I produce short films for independent companies and individuals who want to tell stories. You can find me on Twitter and Instagram, but I mostly talk about my wife Beth, my son Elliott, cameras and baking. I’m also the in house Videographer for OneAgency in Norwich.

 

This website will give you an insight into who I am, what I do, why I do it and who I do it for. I’ve also included some examples, with links
so you can view my work online. How I do what I do is based on a carefully crafted process. It’s also a partnership that relies on a number of people that follow a process and a defined procedure. 

 

You could say that this site is a mini-pitch, a filtered version, the best bits of what I have to offer. I'm constantly learning and whilst I might never make films like Jaws or ET (or win an Oscar) both me and Spielberg share a similar job title, we are both film makers and story tellers.
